Our group training is based on courses.
Our course periods are: autumn courses 16 weeks, spring courses 14 weeks and early summer courses 7 weeks.

Matwork
Basic course in matwork where you learn basic principles in STOTT PILATES. You will learn basic exercises and how we work with the five basic principles. A lot of training for improved girdle strength (Core).
Matwork fortsättning
More demanding. More stamina, strength and coordination. The small props we are using are various pilates balls, stabilization reels, arc barrels, flex bands, edge and fitness circle.
Suitable exercises for older persons. Smaller groups.
Suitable exercises for pregnant women. Periods of 10 weeks.
Reformer
Basic course in reformer where you learn the basic principles of STOTT PILATES. You will learn basic exercises and how we work with the five basic principles. Much training of strength in the girdle (Core). The resistance in the machines builds up strength and stamina. The classes also contain pulse increasing exercises.

More challenging. More stamina, strength and coordination.
Athletic reformer
More challenging in terms of strength, pulse and tempo. Requires previous knowledge of reformer work.
