INTENSIVE REFORMER
LEVEL 1 (IR)
The course Intensive Reformer Level 1 will teach you how to create training sessions and lead sessions in Reformer Essential and Intermediate for groups as well as private training and for clients at various levels and different needs. We do recommend that you complete IMP before this course. Further to the general targets for the course, you will achieve the following knowledge:
• Efficient and safe use of Reformer in order to develop stability, strength, suppleness, balance and coordination.
• Training program for groups and private training.
• Essential, Intermediate and Power training.
• Efficient communication, visual ability, verbal keywords and knowledge about what improves training results and boosts client motivation.
• Suitable exercises for clients with special needs.
• The theories about how the exercises are adapted and developed for different clients.
• How the various exercises are put together to create efficient sessions.
• 129 exercises with a number of variations.
Prior knowledge
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and training methods.
• Pilates training
• Experience as an instructor in physiotherapy or training.

Duration
• 10 days, often 5+5 days 2 days apart or split up into 3 or 4 weekends .
• 50 hours instruction with teacher.
• 20 hours training on our own with deepening insight
Before certification you must add:
• Minimum 10 hours observation
• Minimum 40 hours training
• Minimum 25 hours as a teacher

ADVANCED REFORMER
LEVEL 2 (AR)
You learn how to use the various parts in Reformer and the props available, to intensify the possibilities to use Reformer and to be able to offer a stimulating training for athletes, dancers and high performance customers. The exercises within Advanced demand a greater strength, stability and flexibility. You will also learn:
• 35 exercises.
